Management is a job type that does not need combat: contracts, bookings, protection money, arguments over percentages and the constant risk that a client becomes more famous than the manager. A server can build a music faction around exactly that, with Real Dimez as the act and Dre'Quan as the person everyone has to talk to. Nothing in that plan depends on unannounced features, because it is ordinary social and business play.
