Industrial coast
Port Gellhorn
A working port town of cranes, warehouses and shift work — the industrial backbone of Leonida.
Ports in GTA games are where goods and trouble arrive together, and Port Gellhorn looks set to continue the tradition. Industry means jobs, and jobs mean a different kind of roleplay: dock workers, truckers, unions and the people who move containers that are not on any manifest.
Port Gellhorn is the working end of Leonida: cranes, warehouses and shifts, the kind of town that exists because cargo has to arrive somewhere. Its value to the setting is economic rather than glamorous, and it gives the state a place where organised crime has a legitimate business to hide inside. Rockstar has confirmed the place, not its people or its layout.
In roleplay
Industrial towns let a server run honest work and criminal work in the same building: a dock shift, a warehouse crew, a union, a foreman who looks the other way. That mixture produces the everyday plots that keep a community alive between large events. Because nothing about the game's jobs or economy has been announced, a server should design its own port rules, from wages to cargo and inspections, and present them as house rules.
